WENDY A RADFORD
I grew up in the South East of England having been adopted as a baby. I lived with my parents and adoptive sister and now have a large and diverse family. I have two sons and many nieces and a nephew and great nieces and even a great great niece.

My career has been varied but always person centred, requiring a friendly and understanding approach to help others feel better about themselves, to gain confidence and to be able to resolve difficult issues. I have worked within the county courts supporting victims of crime. I have also worked in schools, privately and within charities.

I strongly believe in empowering children and young people to be able to understand who they are, what they need and to be able to ask for help. Having supported a large number of young people over the years I hope they have gained skills that they are able to take with them through their academic years and beyond into their adult life.
